How did you bag the character of Kusum in Saraswatichandra. Well, I neverever wished to do a every day tv serial, as I done a lot of television and print ads. So when I got the call from Star Plus (Star TV’s leading Hindi language Chanel) and was called for audition and screen test, it was a dream come true for me. I’ve forever wanted to work along with Sanjay Leela Bhansali be it in a film or television TV serial. I gave the audition for the character of Kumud that the Chanel had given me the script for, nevertheless the production home thought – I was apt for the character of her younger sis Kusum.
